CD142 (also known as Tissue Factor, TF) is an important transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to the coagulation factor family and is encoded by the F3 gene. CD142 plays a critical role in initiating and regulating the coagulation pathway and is widely recognized as the starting factor of the "extrinsic coagulation pathway." In addition, CD142 is involved in various biological processes such as inflammation, angiogenesis, and tumor progression.
Genomeditech provides resources related to CD142, including expression cell lines, proteins, and antibodies, which can be used for in vitro evaluation of CD142-targeted drugs.
