It plays an important role in suppressing immune responses and maintaining immune homeostasis. CD200R (Cluster of Differentiation 200 Receptor) is an inhibitory receptor expressed on the surface of myeloid immune cells. It is the specific receptor for CD200 and belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily, primarily functioning through interaction with CD200 to regulate the immune system, especially in suppressing excessive inflammation and maintaining immune balance.
