Description                   The CD25 gene encodes a subunit of the leukocyte surface antigen IL-2 receptor, specifically the IL-2R α chain, an important cytokine secreted by T cells that promotes T cell proliferation and differentiation. CD25 expression levels can be used to indicate the active state of T cells. CD25 antibodies are mainly used in research and therapeutic fields, especially in immunology and oncology. CD25 is the α-chain of the Interleukin-2(IL-2) receptor and is closely related to the differentiation and function of regulatory T cells (Tregs).

Formulation                  Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2.
